Refund Policy

⚠️ All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

ALL 10s EDU operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made for any programme, tuition fees, daycare fees, activity fees, or any other services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. What This Covers

  • Monthly tuition and daycare fees
  • Registration and enrolment fees
  • Activity, event, and field trip fees
  • STEM and enrichment programme fees
  • Any other fees paid to ALL 10s EDU

3. Absence & Withdrawal

Fees are not refundable due to:

  • Student absence, illness, or medical leave
  • Public holidays or centre closures
  • Voluntary withdrawal from any programme
  • Change of mind after enrolment

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases (e.g. centre permanently closes a programme), management reserves the right to consider a partial credit on a case-by-case basis. This is at the sole discretion of ALL 10s EDU management and does not constitute a guarantee of refund.

5. Fee Transfer

Paid fees are non-transferable to another student or programme unless approved in writing by management.

6. Acknowledgement

By enrolling and making payment, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child at ALL 10s EDU and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians.

2. Enrolment & Registration

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the registration fee
  • Management reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment application
  • A student's place is not guaranteed until fees have been paid

3. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are due by the date specified by management
  • Late payment may result in suspension of the student's place
  • All fees paid are strictly non-refundable (refer to our Refund Policy)
  • Fees are subject to change with prior notice from management

4. Attendance

  • Parents must inform the centre in advance if a student is unable to attend
  • Absence does not entitle a student to make-up classes unless otherwise arranged
  • Consistent unexplained absence may result in the student's place being forfeited

5. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and peers
  • Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated
  • Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for misconduct

6. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Parents/guardians must ensure timely pick-up of students
  • Only authorised persons may collect a student from the centre
  • The centre is not responsible for students after they leave the premises

7. Health & Safety

  • Students who are unwell should not attend the centre
  • Parents must inform the centre of any medical conditions or allergies
  • The centre will contact parents immediately in case of medical emergency
  • The centre reserves the right to administer basic first aid when necessary

8. Photography & Media

ALL 10s EDU may photograph or video students during activities for promotional use. Parents who object to this must notify the centre in writing. By enrolling, parents grant consent unless objection is raised.

9. Use of Centre Materials

All learning materials, worksheets, and notes provided by ALL 10s EDU are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Liability

ALL 10s EDU takes reasonable care of all students. However, the centre is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, or from a student's own actions.

11. Changes to Terms

Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
